We reserve the right to change any prices, alter any routes, itineraries or cancellations should circumstances, like 3rd party cancellation, bad weather or road conditions, unforeseen obstacles etc. so demand. Beach Bush Berg will not be held responsible for any of the above mentioned, nor 3rd party false advertising, Change of Price, any delay of Transfer, Tour or Activity, damage to person or property, illness or loss of life while on tour, activity or stay.
Cancellation Policy on all CONFIRMED Bookings:
We are a Small Tour Operating Company that cannot afford
to carry Clients Cost in event of any Client Cancelations.
We hereby have to implement the following Cancelations
Policies to prevent any unfortunate circumstances.
Cancellation by Client within 15 days before booking day
will receive Zero refund if paid in full
or be liable for full payment if yet to pay.
Cancellation by Client within 16 - 30 days before booking day
will receive 25% refund if paid in full
or be liable for 75% of payment yet to pay.
Cancellation by Client between within 30 - 59 days before booking day
will receive 50% refund if paid in full
or be liable for 50% Payment if yet to pay.
Cancellation by Client 60 Days or more before tour date
will receive 75% refund if paid in full
or could be liable to pay 25% of Tour Booking charge,
or any accommodation bookings, Guide Fees, Our Vehicle Bookings
we have paid in advance on behalf of the Client if the Client is yet to pay.
By Confirming any bookings with us,
You the Client, Booking Agency or Accommodation Establishment
has agreed to our Cancellation Policy and have taken note of our Disclaimer
